Barre is a low-impact, total-body workout inspired by various elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It is meant to tone and build long, lean muscle by using various isometric movements (when you hold a position while squeezing those muscles!) You’ll find that your legs might start to shake – and that’s okay! Those shakes, and teeny, tiny squeezes are when the magic happens.
